For good reason, there are many songs about women becoming hot and bothered. I feel because music is trying to make up for the fact that there are a fair amount of men that don’t care about getting them that way in the bedroom. That there pleasure is secondary. So, you don’t get songs like Erection by the Faint from their album, Wet From Birth all that often. The only other one I can think of is No Reason Boner by Ninja Sex Party and that’s far sillier than this song is but they have the same concept. Here are the lyrics to No Reason Boner.

Very silly and the person that wrote this doesn’t know how to spell the word schlong. Now we have the lyrics from Erection:

Same thing, we get erections and don’t know why but this one blames God for the fact that he gets no reason boners.

Anyway, Erection creeps along led by Todd Fink’s(nee Baechle). There’s something about that deep monotone that just gets me going. It makes you think about the erection rising with authority. Ready to do its business.

He also mentions a bunch of things that yes can give you an erection like the sound of a sword. I never thought about it being that sexy before but there it is.

The rest of the album is sexual in one or another and altogether is just a great dance album. If you haven’t checked it out, I would highly recommend it to you.
